Founder & Managing Principal Consultant

Ron George serves as Founder and Managing Principal Consultant of Ascending Phoenix Consulting, LLC, where he provides strategic advisory support to organizations navigating complex challenges, leadership transitions, and periods of growth and transformation.

With over two decades of experience across legal practice, business operations, and international consulting, Ron brings a disciplined, execution-focused approach to strategy and organizational leadership. His work is centered on helping leaders operate with clarity, make informed decisions in uncertain environments, and align strategy with effective execution.

Ron earned his Master of Global Management from the Thunderbird School of Global Management, his Juris Doctor from Western State College of Law, and his Bachelor’s degree in Political Science from Fairleigh Dickinson University. His experience spans Asia, the Middle East, Latin America, and Europe, where he has contributed to cross-border consulting initiatives, institutional partnerships, and global business engagements.

Ron brings a multidisciplinary perspective shaped by experience in law, strategy, and operations, with a focus on clarity, disciplined decision-making, and long-term organizational stability. His work supports the firm’s ability to deliver management consulting, strategic advisory, and crisis management services with structure, insight, and consistency.
