About Ron George
Ron George is a strategic advisor and management consultant based in Phoenix, Arizona, with over two decades of experience across legal practice, business operations, and international consulting. He is the Managing Principal of Ascending Phoenix Consulting, where he provides focused advisory support to organizations navigating complex challenges, leadership transitions, and periods of growth and change.
He earned his Master of Global Management from Thunderbird School of Global Management, his Juris Doctor from Western State College of Law, and his Bachelor’s degree in Political Science from Fairleigh Dickinson University. His professional experience spans Asia, the Middle East, Latin America, and Europe, where he has contributed to cross-border consulting, institutional partnerships, and global business initiatives.
Ron brings a multidisciplinary perspective shaped by experience in law, strategy, and operations, with a focus on clarity, disciplined decision-making, and long-term organizational stability.
